At D-Cubed Software, we follow a four-step approach to software development that produces exceptional software architectures and designs. Our approach fits well in the traditional software project cycle approach, yet adds value to the project cycle implementing agile development methodology.

Step 1: Planning

We work with you to create a plan that has enough detail to support successful development, without wasting time and resources by over-planning relatively simple products or features. Our planning incorporates a meticulous process of identifying and researching requirements followed by the architecting of software layers and interfaces.

Step 2: Implementation

We build the architecture by creating the software classes and objects needed to fill the layers and accomplish the interfaces. We may create new classes or adapt existing classes to fulfill your requirements.

Step 3: Quality Assurance

We review our software quality from the beginning of the project and continue to test it throughout development. We do this to ensure that your requirements are being met and delivered on time and we make certain that you are involved in the process.

Step 4: Delivery

The development process is complete when the project has been completed to your specifications. When D-Cubed Software delivers your product, you are receiving a variety of items. We provide the documentation to support your new product, the source code to enable you to build, modify and maintain your product, and if desired, we assist in the training of in-house staff to maintain the product.
